About another hour of walking up river from the last photo brings you to this point in the Narrows which is as far as we got. Continuing along the pools of water get deeper and the passage gets ever narrower but if so inclined one can walk for days up this canyon. As it was, the day was getting on and the light was starting to fade so we decided to turn it around and head the one and a half hours back to the starting point. Our hiking boots took days to dry out after this walk. |
